It's just request, you are not going for war

He entered into the bus, the seats were divided into two columns. There were four seats in a row, and a gap in the middle of each pair of seats. After going forward inside the bus, there was a window seat vacant but the seat next to it was full. Just behind that, the window seat was occupied and the other one is empty. He took that seat, and settled down and bus moved ahead. After some time, he felt uncomfortable as there is direct A/C wind coming onto his face. He wants to move and sit in the front window seat which is empty. He wants to move, but in the back of his mind thought is preventing him to take action. Don't just give all importance to example, it is just to make your understanding easy the scenarios are innumerable.

In the background thought saying, what if he(the passenger next to window seat) is sleeping? what if he feels uncomfortable? what if he behaves rudely? what if he asks why you sat there, and coming here now? there are many "what if's" thought can create, and in these "what if's" we try to find security. Always thinking prevents action by putting some hypothetical, illusory and stupid imagination in front of you to prevent action. How much thought may prevent us from living, we cling to it for security. Is it living, when we always seek security and don't act? Is not psychological security again an illusion created by thought? In one way or the other, we are all victims of our thought process. Thought won't let you live with a sense of freedom. we can break this conditioning formed due to excessive usage of thought, only by being attentive to it. Is there attention, when there is effort to change what you are observing?
