Depression

Dear Friend,

If you are depressed please don't go for sweet pills of comforting words. Would like to suggest you for bitter pills of self-awareness. Comforting words may put away your burdens for time being, but soon they will be back with greater force. When there is movement in life, is there a place for depression? When life moving according to your wishes, you don't feel depressed. Some how your life became stagnated, and out of that stagnation depression gains strength. Are you serious about getting out of stagnation, or your thought taking certain pleasure in being in that state of suffering?


We are everlastingly surrounded by the desire to become somebody. Why should we become somebody at all? Is it not good enough to live simple life? What is so wrong if one is simple, and anonymous? You are not famous, not achieved so what? You are dependent on somebody, he or she left you alone so what? What is troubling you more, the negative incident that happened in your life or your thought which is carrying that incident till now? Beautifully said by Buddha "there is nothing else in this world that can trouble you more than your own thoughts". So please give your energy to watch your thoughts as an outsider, and write on a paper if you can. This process can slow down your thought process. Once it is slowed down you can watch carefully. Only by being aware of your thought as an outsider, you can destroy depression from the roots.

    it often. More frequent updates will give your site higher authority & rank in google.
    I know that writing content takes a lot of time, but you can always help
    yourself with miftolo's tools which will shorten the time of creating an article to a few seconds.
